Important Note: As a made-to-order brand, each piece is crafted specifically for you. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will remake or alter the piece at no charge. Size concerns? We offer complimentary minor alterations where applicable.
Refund Policy
As a made-to-order brand, each piece is crafted specifically for you. We do not offer standard refunds. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will remake or alter the piece at no charge. If an item is found to be genuinely defective or incorrect, a full refund or replacement option will be made available, subject to verification by our testing team.
Full Refunds: The complete order amount, including any applicable delivery charges, will be fully refunded if your order is canceled by us or lost in transit.
Cashback/Refunds on Cancellation: In severe cases where an order paid for by the customer must be canceled from our end, the refund or cashback amount will be processed and issued within a reasonable timeframe.
Return Policy
Items are eligible for a return/review under the following specific criteria:
- Alterations: If the garment requires adjustment or fit corrections, it will be altered and sent back to you.
- Defective Items: In case of a manufacturing defect, we will remake or alter the piece at no charge (subject to verification by our testing team).
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you will be requested to ship the incorrect garment back, and the correct item will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Key Return Guidelines & Terms:
- All returns must be officially initiated within 7 days of product delivery. Any requests made after this period are subject solely to company discretion.
- For hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unused, unwashed, and returned securely in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Items without tags cannot be accepted.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please share a snapshot of the issue via email at younglings.in@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/Call at +91 9350273475.
- If you are self-shipping the return package, it must be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is officially raised. Please ensure it is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Shipping Fee: Currently, reverse pick-up is unavailable. Customers must self-ship the return and bear the one-way return shipping expenses. For assistance booking a pick-up on your behalf, please reach out to our customer care team.
- Return Packet Details: Please include a printout of the product details/barcode inside the parcel. Clearly mention the order details and your complete shipping address on the exterior of the packet.
Exchange Policy

The Online Alteration Process:
- Log in to the 'My Account' section at www.younglings.in.
- Select the previously ordered product that requires adjustment or correction.
- Follow the guided prompts and fill in the required details to complete your request.
- Our customer care team will call you to fully understand your precise fitting requirements.
- Ship the product over to us. We will complete the necessary adjustments and ship it back to you entirely free of cost (valid only if we are notified within the 7-day window).
Cancellation Policy
Younglings.in reserves the absolute right to cancel any order without prior explanation under circumstances where the specific product requirements or delivery constraints cannot be fulfilled. We will ensure that any communication regarding order cancellations or applicable refunds is carried out in a reasonable timeframe.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy:
- To qualify for the COD service, every item added to your shopping cart must be eligible for Cash on Delivery.
- The delivery pincode provided must fall within our active, serviceable network area. If it does not, an online payment method must be used to process the order.
- Shipment boxes cannot be opened or inspected prior to making the full cash payment to the delivery agent. If a package arrives open or clearly tampered with, please reject the delivery.
- Digital payment methods (such as Credit/Debit cards or digital wallets like Paytm) cannot be processed by the delivery agents at the time of fulfilling a COD order.
Promo Codes, Coupons, and Cashback Rules:
- Special promotional coupons must be redeemed within their specified validity window. Expired codes cannot be extended or reissued.
- Two or more active promotional codes or offers cannot be combined or clubbed together within a single transaction.
- If a Promo Code is successfully applied to an order, cashback cannot be generated for that transaction.
- Younglings.in reserves the right to cancel any active promotional code and dissolve the transactions in which they were applied at its discretion.
