Refund / Exchange Policy
At Younglings (Prakash Textiles), we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our detailed exchange and store credit terms below.
General Conditions & Eligibility
- Standard Orders Only: This policy applies exclusively to standard, ready-to-wear items. Customized orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Exchange Window: Requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+91 9350273475) or Email (younglings.in@gmail.com).
- One-Time Exchange: We offer a one-time exchange per order. Once an exchange has been processed, the replacement item is not eligible for further exchanges or returns.
- Sale Items Excluded: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit.
- Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags intact.
Store Credit & Deductions We do not offer direct monetary refunds. Instead, we issue Store Credit (valid for 1 month from the date of issue) according to your original payment method:
- Prepaid Orders: If you cancel or return an order placed with a prepaid discount (e.g., 10% off), the exact net amount paid will be issued back as store credit.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For returned COD orders, original shipping/delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining product value will be issued as store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please share an unboxing video/photo on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will arrange a quick replacement.
