Exchange & Care Policy

Every Younglings piece is made with care and we want you to love yours.
Please read our policy carefully before raising a request.


WHAT WE OFFER

Exchanges, not refunds

We offer exchanges in cases of sizing issues or manufacturing defects only. Refunds are not available on any orders. All exchanges are subject to stock or production availability.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

Items must meet these conditions

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Exchange request raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item shows no signs of use, damage, or alteration

Items that will not be accepted: Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or with missing tags will not be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER

Bespoke pieces have a different policy

Customised and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange or refund. We may offer minor alterations at our discretion, where applicable.

As each piece is crafted to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. Please ensure all measurements and details are confirmed before production begins.
