- Returns/exchange request need to be initiated within 7 days of the delivery of product
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.

- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
- Any item opted for exchanged after the 7 day period or upon noncompliance with the above mentioned conditions will be still considered for exchange solely at our discretion.
- Please make sure that the exchangeable items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
How do you return?
- Currently there is no reverse pick up option available at Younglings. The customer will have to self ship the returns and bear the return expenses entirely. In a situation where you would like Younglings to book the pick up on your behalf it would be advisable to get in touch with our customer care.

Return Process:
We follow a simple return process that allows you to return the received shipment to YOUNGLINGS.IN. A print out of the product details, barcode etc is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. Our courier service will require the original piece back in the same packaging as it was delivered with the abovementioned page. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet.
